We’re in search of a Senior Project Manager who embodies more than managerial prowess; we seek facilitators of excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead diverse teams to successful project completion
- Actively contribute to safety and quality control initiatives
- Take charge of project staffing and budgetary controls
- Play a vital role in bid package development and pre-qualification activities
- Lead preconstruction meetings, coordinate responses to RFIs, and assess project risks
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
- Analyze project delivery approaches and oversee their implementation
- Manage project close-out and resolution of claims
- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding critical business initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over a decade of industry experience
- Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, field supervision, and client relationship management
